Canara ai1 is a comprehensive mobile banking app that brings together over 300 features, all focused on the "One Bank, One App" vision. The app boasts an intuitive interface and enhanced user experience, offering a range of customer-centric functionalities. These include various modes for funds transfer (such as UPI, RTGS, NEFT, and IMPS), options for opening fixed and recurring deposits, Fastag recharge, loan payments, insurance services, scheduled payments, bill payments, and integrated UPI capabilities.

One of the standout features of Canara ai1 is its customizable dashboard and theme selection options (light or dark). Additionally, the app offers a SCAN & PAY feature right on the pre-login screen.

To install the app, follow these steps:

1. Install the Canara ai1 mobile app.
2. After successful installation, open the app by clicking on the new Canara ai1 icon.
3. Select the SIM with the Registered Mobile Number with the Bank and click "Next". Make sure you have enough balance to send the required SMS from the selected SIM.
4. An OTP will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number. Enter the OTP and continue.
5. Create and confirm your 5-digit numeric PASSCODE for login to the application. Accept the Terms & Conditions once you have successfully created the PASSCODE.
6. Grant the permissions requested during the registration process to access all application features.
7. Create and confirm your 6-digit numeric MPIN for authenticating transactions before initiating any mobile banking transactions.
8. To activate your Mobile Banking facility, click on "SET NOW" and provide your active Debit Card details/Aadhaar/Activation code (Visit home branch for generating the activation code).
